create implication erection_under_clothes -> bulge
This was previously rejected in topic #14941, but I'm not sold on the example. Why woulnd't post #2893173 be tagged as bulge? There's similar examples under bulge skirt futanari already.

I know it's been approved already, but what if it's an x-ray picture where you can see the person has an erection and is clothed but the would-be bulge is hidden in the larger image? For instance: a guy is standing holding his backpack in front of his crotch and there's a zoomed x-ray frame showing that he has an erection
A "bulge" is a noticeable penis under clothes. Even if there's an x-ray, like in post #4416092, it's still a bulge.

That's not an erection under clothes. The penis itself is not hidden.

If that eventuality ever arises, we can always make the erection_under_hammer_pants_(bulgeless) tag.
