Artist's twitter and pixiv bios both clearly list the intended pronunciation of 三瓶太 as さんぺいた (sanpeita) instead of "sanbe futoshi". Requesting tag rename based on this.

Please don't manually rename it before requesting the BUR, especially for artist tag this large (70 posts). Just do the latter (and use create alias).
