Utility aliases. Often missed tags.
It could potentially be annoying for people relying on autocomplete for hidden eyes, hidden face and hidden mouth, but overall I'll vote yes on the alias.

A bit off-topic but the hidden_eyes/face/mouth tags are terrible, we have other tags that can/are used for the same thing and the naming isn't really helpful.

Hmm, true. Probably should be nuked then, though it would require some gardening to move them to the appropriate tags beforehand.
