same tag, different name (anchor symbol/print)

create alias anchor_symbol -> anchor_print

Wiki page has the same description
Searching -anchor_symbol anchor_print and vice versa shows that most of it are easily the same thing, with the tag can be easily switched around.
It's better aliasing anchor_symbol to anchor_print for more consistent format (*_print for symbols that are printed in clothes eg: heart_print, animal_print, etc).
