mismatched eyes can also apply to mismatched sclera or mismatched pupils.

I had no idea that odd_eye could mean heterochromia until I googled it just know. To me odd_eye sounds more like bad_eye_anatomy or having one strangely-shaped eye. Dictionary definition of "odd" is "differing markedly from the usual, ordinary, or accepted," which does not match heterochromia. It could also be confused with one-eyed (an odd # of eyes).

Besides, I'm already familiar with "odd eye" term before I heard of "heterochromia".

If there's a significant number of people who know heterochromia as "odd-eyed" then I think its fine, it just sounds very strange to me personally
