I didn't realize the second post was the same character, but for post #4038855 that's grasping. And then there's things like post #3630866, post #3665410 etc. There's several examples of this that would never fit under what you're proposing.

I suppose they wouldn't fit but tagging due to a text implication seems like it's asking for mistagging
Transgender should be reworked. It won't work if it continues to follow the current wiki's tagging rules. This tag should be for posts about gender transitioning, or if at least gender transitioning is a core aspect of the character's background.
Hermaphrodite on the other hand could be nuked, but I'm neutral on that, because this tag is essentially for characters that have all female/male genitals, but differing from a full-package futanari for having a androgynous/genderless appearance (and supposedly tagged as 1other).

Maybe hermaphrodite just need a rework and gardening too. Or be renamed to a more modern therm, like Intersex. But I would like hear more opinions.

It's probably better to take the transgender discussion to a new thread, otherwise it won't get much traction here, but I am strongly in favor of your proposal.
The issue with gardening hermaphrodite is that we'd be left with maybe a dozen images at best. Most of them are very much not androgynous or genderless in appearance. And the handful that are tend to be tagged herm due to canon.
...Crimvael really screwed over that tag.
But, yes, transgender into a new thread is a good idea.
