create alias earlobes -> stretched_earlobes

To make the tag more specific and easier to remember. Might need some cleanup to remove posts that don't have stretched earlobes.

On a separate note, I'm wondering if this tag applies to Jirou Kyouka and similar characters as her earlobes are not shaped like normal earlobes.

I wonder though if the common reflex when searching for that tag would be to start out by typing "ear" or "stretched". This is just me, but I'd probably do the former and not even consider the latter.

On second thought it might be better to call it long earlobes or something, to avoid confusion with plug (piercing), which is also sometimes called stretched earlobes.
