Pants tags not rising to the occasion.

BUR #5281 has been rejected.

create alias lowleg_pants -> low-rise_pants
create alias lowleg_pantyhose -> low-rise_pantyhose
create alias lowleg_shorts -> low-rise_shorts
create alias lowleg_skirt -> low-rise_skirt

"Lowleg pants" ain't a thing. Google it and you'll get like 75 results, and they're basically all Danbooru or reposts from Danbooru. Googling "low-rise pants" will get you around 107,000,000 results, and a Wikipedia article! As someone who has (unfortunately) worked nearly a decade in clothing sales, the latter is what they're called.

(Whether or not this style of clothing actually looks good is still up for debate.)

A potential problem is that these tags currently implicate lowleg. Should these implications be left as they are, removed, or changed to implicate low-rise instead? In the second and third cases, a bulk update would be necessary to remove lowleg from affected posts.

This also doesn't address lowleg_panties and lowleg_bikini.

Low-rise panties and low-rise bikini bottoms are also a thing, so we could alias the tags those terms and have them implicate low-rise. However, that also means that we have to alias lowleg to low-rise, which also affects the highleg tag for name consistency reasons.

The bulk update request #5281 (forum #184497) has been rejected by @evazion.

This. If we're doing this we need to do it for all lowleg tags, but that might be a little weird given that lowleg is supposed to be the opposite of highleg.
