human_toilet has no wiki definition, and its usage is inconsistent. It has been used for characters being put up as toilets or urinals (see: wanaata's work), but otherwise it overlaps with other tags like public_use and glory_wall.
Should it be given a precise definition and pruned, or deleted?
human_toilet as the name implies should be used used for pissing or shitting into another persons mouth or other orifface.
This is not my fetish, but felt my input would help. I'd also follow the glory wall guide for use with public_use

The Japanese meaning of the phrase the tag is associated with is broader than you'd think from the literal English translation, but usually involves being degraded in a restroom even if urination or defecation aren't involved. Not sure what specifically we would or would want to define it as here, as it's not really an English concept and feels weird to talk about in English.
The Japanese word used for toilet here "便器" / "benki" breaks down literally to "convenient container" or "convenient tool" though, so if it's interpreted in a sense outside the usual physical object, I suppose the meaning can understandably be more vague.
