Sometimes the difference from the parent post is the reason why it’s not getting accepted. For example, an approver that has blacklisted cum will probably not approve a post that has cum in it.

This meme uno fanart already had been approved previously a several times and was even discussed and agreed upon that there was nothing wrong with the quality, anatomy, and all. So a bit confusing why its in this status now. ^^;

this post is pending again because it was flagged. any user can flag a post and send it back to the queue if they believe it violates the guidelines (howto:flag).
also note that the original approver of an image (in this case Guaro) is blocked from reapproving it if it's been flagged.

Self uploads (work uploaded by the artist themselves as opposed to by a third party) getting approved is very, very rare. You're better off trying another site like Tumblr or Deviantart if you want to post your own works.

See our stance on uploading your owr art. You need to improve your art skills and hope that some other user finds it upload-worthy.
I was kind of curious about the deleted status on this one. I know it is no masterpiece or anything, but I personally did not feel there was anything too extreme about it in terms of the artwork.

It's extremely sketchy.
Posting both my expired appeals because seemingly they're just getting ignored every step of the way, mostly wanting a resolution to the first of the two.

Sadly you appealed them right after they were deleted. There is a note, when you appeal something, that says
Note: disapprovals are purged after one month, so if you are appealing a post uploaded less than one month ago the appeal will not be shown again to approvers who have already disapproved it.
That means, that all the approvers who already reacted on those images didn't see them again. You should wait one month to appeal something. Sometimes, when an approver sees something after quite some time, they do approve stuff, they were unsure about.
On my side, I skipped one, because I dislike unnecessary amount of cum and it's looks kinda meh to me. I dislike the dragonball one, mostly because of the depiction of the erogenous zones.

I think its reasonable to expect other approvers to make decisions on appeals within that time but guess I'll have to wait. Its disappointing to hear again how approvers are judging along their own sensibilities instead of along a qualitative standard, an issue leading to countless arbitrary deletions on a constant basis. Whether or not I can get my upload approved I'm not going to bother uploading anything again given this situation confirmed my misgivings and reluctance to purchase gold sooner.

Just to quote the approval guidelines.
As a general rule, you should only approve of posts that you personally like. Posts that are not approved in three days will be automatically deleted.
