Actual name

For context Kyouka appears to be a vtuber (currently, at least; I'm not sure if she was back when some of the original posts were uploaded and comment #1895367 was made) whose twitter account is @OverideaHQ.

I think the posts should just be moved unless there's some risk of people searching for or uploading posts with the tag 'overideahq' (frankly there may be none just due to her sheer obscurity.) I'm not sure why that uploader was unsure whether to tag her Kyouka.
