Open_clothes and open_jacket

The wiki for open clothes mentions it's usage "implies that nothing is being worn underneath aside from underwear"

However, the open jacket tag, which implies open_clothes, makes no such distinction, and a good portion of its posts are situations where the character has a shirt or similar underneath. In fact, it's probably even the default way of wearing some jackets.

The open coat tag has the same issue: although it mentions the wearer being naked underneath, most of the usage doesn't follow it.

I believe the tag should either be un-implicated, and possibly cleaned up, or alternatively the description of open_clothes should be modified to not include the need of nudity underneath the open clothing.

Given that the tag is only called "open clothes" and not "only underwear with open clothes", and given that the implied tags make no reference to that line, most users (me included) aren't aware of this clause or don't care.

The history shows that the line in question has been there since 2007, so it's probably just a case of nobody ever noticing it or caring enough to remove it.

I vote to remove that line.

Agreed with nonamethanks, I've always thought that line was dumb.

Both versions have their uses.

The implications that caused the problem were done with no discussion in 2010 (https://danbooru.donmai.us/forum_topics/3961) but are now so well established we may as well stick with what it's being used for, which is not what the wiki for open clothes states.

That's really a clause for open_clothes? This is dumb as hell. +1 for removing it.
