Imply crown_removed -> crown

create implication crown_removed -> crown

A removed crown is still a crown. It's not covered under the headwear removed group either.

This is a tangent, but I think these tags should be called removed_* not *_removed. Or maybe even unworn_*. Shirt removed is supposed to mean "there is a shirt in this picture but it's not being worn" not "there is a person in this picture not wearing a shirt" (which would be topless or shirtless or no shirt, depending on context). These tags sound like they're talking about people, but there may not even be a person in the image.

That actually sounds like a good idea, it really makes it more clearer.
