That said, don't overdo it, and use good taste to decide what to upload. The primary reason that yaoi was banned in the first place is that there were a few people that would flood the board with crap images, so if the content isn't extraordinary, don't post it. It'll probably get deleted.

Oh, I won't, 'cause I don't really plan on posting it. Shota, however I will.
Still, people can flood the board with crap images falling under any category, that doesn't mean everything should be banned right.
On the other hand, if this was my site I wouldn't allow something like say guro , though some people would object to that as well, so I understand Albert's decision.

People CAN flood the board with anything, people DID flood the board with yaoi.

If you're into yaoi and you find that there's not much of it on this site, it means the user base in general, and the mods and admins in particular, don't appreciate it. In that case, the solution is not to flood the site with yaoi, but to look for a different site where yaoi is appreciate. Same for guro, toddlercon, etc.

Guro is the same way, some people find it perfectly acceptable and some don't.

At least make your own garbage thread instead of bumping so it can be locked faster.
