Alias hair_horns -> hair_cones

BUR #4854 has been rejected.

create alias hair_horns -> hair_cones

Basically the same thing, but hair cones was created and is better populated.

They're not the same thing. hair horns is for hair that looks like horns, like post #4286269 or post #4389606.

Then what about for hairstyles like post #4350928 or post #4367434, where the hair bun(s) are done up so tightly that they look like spikes? Would those fall under hair_cones or hair_horns?

Debatable. Probably both. They don't have to be mutually exclusive.
I wouldn't tag post #4350928 as hair cones however, since they curve.

Then I should probably leave Han Juri alone with populating the hair cones tag. I'm kind of doubtful with Mioda Ibuki though.

It's a case by case basis. Consider post #4393246, if they were of a different color we'd just tag them "horns".
