create alias flapjack_octopus -> umbrella_octopus
While the dumbo octopus and the flapjack octopus are in fact different animals, most of the depictions in both tags seem relatively interchangeable. Since I doubt most illustrations would have enough level of detail to distinguish the subtle differences in body shape and ear flaps to justify having two separate tags (not to mention uploaders would need to recognize said differences), I propose we merge them into one that encompasses both.
(Side note: We could make an even broader tag that includes all cirrate octopods, but the others are so obscure I doubt they'd come up ever.)
