create alias unbuckled_belt -> open_belt

create alias unbuckled_belt -> open_belt
create implication open_belt -> belt

For consistency with other open_* tags and for the tag to be easier to find in the autocomplete. Unbuckle is not used often with other tags so I find this alias reasonable.

Would it be worthwhile to simply alias unbuckled_belt to open_belt? It's not a necessary change, but open belt does lack the potential implication that unbuckled belt has that the belt does actually have a buckle.

Belts do come in a lot of different styles. I will change it to that.
