Alias ryouou_school_uniform to ryouou_high_school_uniform

BUR #4461 has been rejected.

create alias ryouou_school_uniform -> ryouou_high_school_uniform

As it stands, there is a sort of rythm to the other [prefix]_high_school_uniform tags. For instance: "sakuragaoka_high_school_uniform" (K-On!) and "kita_high_school_uniform" (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya). Definitely others as well.

I feel like it's kinda unnecessary

Unlike the other examples pointed out, "high" (高) is not in the Japanese name of the school.

The bulk update request #4461 (forum #179135) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.
