rename wiene -> wiene_(danmachi)
It's odd that she is the only short-named character in the franchise without a qualifier. Her name is unique, yes. But there's no guarantee it would stay that way.

I'm fine with the change, but I don't I agree with either of your arguments to justify it. Pretty much all the other short DanMachi names have qualifiers because they're either extremely common (like Rei) or they're the name of Gods (Loki, Hestia, Ishtar, Artemis, etc) and so have to have qualifiers. For the second argument we'd have to qualify all names to future proof them then, because there is no guarantee any name will ever remain unique.
