I don't agree with this. Just like how we don't call asanagi victimgirls, that artist's name should be tsukigami runa. It's also their twitter and pixiv name.

Their twitter handle is @ lunaticjoker . Asanagi it's at least not their real name. I think this case is different.

We avoid "real names" when the artist himself uses nicknames. In this case both his twitter and pixiv use 月神るな as screen name, which is tsukigami runa, which I don't even think is his real IRL name. I want to point out that "Tsukigami" means moon goddess, and luna is latin for the moon.
Also you can't know if a doujin circle will ever expand - it wouldn't be the first time that a single artist circle gets new members, so using doujinshi names as artist names is discouraged because of that. The moment a new artist joins the circle we start getting tons of mistags.

I'm going with no on tsukigami runa -> lunatic joker. Real names are acceptable when the artist's real name is well known, or when they use it themselves prominently for their own work. Basically we want to avoid using real names when a) they're less well known than the artist's pen name or alias, or b) the artist might not like us using their real name. Usually this happens when someone changes their mind about having their real name associated with their work.

BUR #4215 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias biriyb -> zaki_(zaki_btw)
create alias outspire -> nillith
create alias erik_enrile -> en_go_(kuro_nigiri)
create alias joanna_ladowska -> asia_ladowska

1st, stacc name -> current name + Twitter handle.
2nd, old name -> current name.
3rd, old name -> current name.
4th, it's either the latter or just her last name, with both are used more consistently than the former (never used).

Alright that's fair. I'll know the approach for circles next time. Thanks
