For some reason, the md5 of the Danbooru images is different from the Pixiv ones, and there is no indication that the artist revised the images themselves.

Pixiv has been fucking around with the MD5s for a while now. I'll replace those because they're recent but in case of older pictures, if the url timestamp is the same then there's no need for a replacement.

Just replaced all bad_link sources with correct URLs. The posts that had /facebook/ or /newsfeed/ in the source URL before that are samples. Note that the /facebook/ samples are upscaled sometimes (higher resolution than the original).
