cropped torso

BUR #4179 has been rejected.

create implication cropped_torso -> upper_body

cropped torso means the lower body is cropped out, leaving only the upper body visible

Edit: updated the wiki so that supplementary tags (upper body, lower body, etc.) are recommended to be added.

Sometimes it's the upper body that is being left out: post #4209850.

The wiki mentions it only being for upper bodies but I'm not sure it makes much sense for us to keep that definition. In any case cropped_torso lower_body and cropped_torso cowboy_shot need to be gardened before this.

It's a bit of a weird circumstance, since all of the posts featuring the torso being cropped out also have cropped legs, but none that I've seen (that I can remember off top) which feature full legs.
It can still be a point of discussion until the posts are scouted out and properly tagged, since the numbers are disappointing atm.

Edit: Heck, maybe it's just better to update the wiki definition since either half being cropped out makes sense. I just thought the implication was a good idea since I only ever saw upper bodies for that tag.
