Aliasing sailor_uniform -> serafuku.
Reason: Any time people post with the tag sailor uniform they are just posting some kind of serafuku. No one is ever going to use it for real sailor uniforms.

Counter examples: post #350484, post #375086, post #249228, post #124101, post #302026, post #397273, post #384939 are certainly not serafuku in the school_uniform sense.
I suggest:
- mark sailor_uniform as ambiguous
- use serafuku and sailor for the distinct concepts
- cleanup of sailor_uniform and sailor, moving school uniforms to serafuku
For the counter examples, if we don't want to mess with the alias, we could possibly use military_uniform or naval_uniform, though I'm not quite sure what era those style uniforms date to.
EDIT: I've removed some material based on a misunderstanding. I thought we already had a serafuku -> sailor_uniform alias.
Updated
I did once create sailor_collar for outfits that have a sailor collar but aren't actually a school uniform or similar.
