cellphone_camera rename

remove alias camera_phone -> cellphone_camera
rename cellphone_camera -> camera_phone

The name for cellphone_camera is way too ambiguous and has caused people to use it for posts that should be tagged cellphone_picture picture or images where a phone camera is visible (e.g. post#4167753), meanwhile the cellphone_camera wiki says that it's supposed to be used for dumbphones with cameras and amusingly, while it cites the wikipedia article for "Camera Phone", camera_phone is aliased to it instead.

I purposefully didn't include a cellphone_camera -> camera_phone alias just in case people want to use cellphone_camera for images where the camera is visible like in the aforementioned example, of course if this BUR goes through there would need to be some gardening to split the two.

I think this tag should just be nuked. Every phone in the past 15 years at least has had a camera. In the past the tag was just a random mixture of phone screen, cellphone picture, taking picture, self shots, and random smartphones with cameras. I did a lot of gardening to try to clean this up and reduce it to the current definition of a dumb phone with a camera, but even that's not very useful, even dumb phones normally have cameras.

I agree. I can't think of a single application of the tag that isn't equally well served by either a broader tag (probably cellphone) or the more specific tags evazion listed.

Maybe an illustration where the phone's camera is in emphasis, but no screen is visible, and it's not being actively used to take or prepare to take a photo...? Somehow I doubt there are more than ten pictures like that on Danbooru, if even that many. I don't feel like hunting for them either. And even if it's taggable, the value of searching for that seems highly dubious.

Design as smartphone, not as simple phone (monoblock phone with camera).
The link to wikipedia makes it difficult to understand, as it gives a lot of information and contains pictures of smartphones.
