Circle name -> Full artist name (秋奈つかこ) used in official works. I'm not sure I buy the implication in the current wiki text that this should be different from how we usually use the artist's name over the circle name. Almost all of the accounts linked currently use "Tsukako" even in URL, and it's a name that is shared between her doujin and official work while "Kurimomo" is not.
