nuke mushroomized tag

mass update mushroomized -> mushroom_on_head

They're the same thing.

The suggestion seems fine. Despite the mushroomized tag greatly predating the mushroom_on_head tag, it seems the lack of clarity in the naming resulted in the creation of the latter.

What's worse, mushroom_on_head mother_(game) has more posts than mushroomized mother_(game), so it doesn't really work even as a copyright-specific tag.
