BUR #3661 has been approved by @evazion.

rename koubeya_uniform -> kobeya_uniform

For consistency with the kobeya tag. Alternatively, we can add the U on "kobeya" as an aid for proper pronunciation.

Having both Kobeya and kobeya uniform tags is kind of redundant. We don't do this for other employee uniforms, including Anna Miller, Bashamichi, Lawson, and Hooters.

Kobeya uniform (i.e. the old tag) predated Kobeya if I'm not mistaken.
