This should've been a move instead. "Shaved" is too generic, it could apply to normal hair or beard too (and it's used like that in a few posts, see for example shaved rating:s.

As of now Shaved doesn't have any explanation. Shouldn't this describe shaved area in general, not just crotch?

The only explanation it needs is "do not use this tag." It's so vague that it should never have been a tag in the first place.
