I've renamed the artist tag to artist_167739, the artist URLs are not needed since none of those is (or will likely ever be) a supported site, so they're of no use for us.

That's how similar cases were handled in the past, at least.

As for the artist tag showing up in google results, it'll take a while for it to be removed from their cache but there's nothing we can do about that.

@SakuranoHana don't rename wiki to deleted for deleted. Use only checkbox on wiki pages.
