Usage of Pyonta/Tatara_Kogasa_(umbrella)?

Pyonta and tatara_kogasa_(umbrella) are currently being used in a very different manner than konpaku_youmu_(ghost).

Youmu's ghost half is supposed to be tagged at all times. Pyonta is supposed to be tagged only "in cases where the hat acts independently of Suwako or otherwise does something interesting.", but it doesn't look like it's being used as such anymore, so it needs gardening. Kogasa's umbrella needs to be tagged "when [her] umbrella body acts independently from her humanoid body.".

I can understand Pyonta (which is originally just a lifeless hat, and it "going to life" is a fanon thing), but i think Kogasa's umbrella should be tagged at all times, since it acts like Youmu's ghost half in canon too.

Add to that: houjuu nue (snake).
Only two posts, is it for when there's Nue's snake but not Nue herself? The wiki is empty.
It could be used for when the her snake is present, maybe?

Character_(animal) tags are usually for characters that have actually become that animal, which isn't the case for those two posts, making it kind of out of place. Plus I don't think I've ever seen anyone treat Nue's snake as anything more than an accessory, even those two posts seem to treat it as such, so I don't think there's much use in giving it its own character tag.

The "only tag Pyonta when it's doing something interesting" rule came out of topic #2988 when Pyonta was first created. The logic was that Suwako's hat is nearly always with her, and usually there's no difference between it and a normal hat, so it doesn't make sense to add an extra chartag to every Moriya Suwako post just because her hat happens to have eyes and a name.

In practice, the "doing something interesting" rule is really difficult to enforce and it's never been consistent with how we tag Myon (see also topic #7467). So at this point we might as well just give up and say these accessory character things - Suwako's hat, Kogasa's umbrella, Youmu's hitodama - should be tagged at all times.
