Tag alias: heart_monitor -> cardiogram

create alias heart_monitor -> cardiogram

While both tags are small, both of them are also around the same age (9-10 years old) and this alias could help people find the right tag as I myself never knew of the cardiogram tag until earlier today.

I also made the alias this way around since heart monitor makes it sound like it's shown on a device instead of just being in the background or as a print, unless we want it to be an implication that is.

If people think we should give it a better name though they are free to suggest it, the ones off the top of my head is heart rate or heartbeat line (suggested by nonamethanks).

I didn't know of the cardiogram tag either, it's the correct term so yeah it's definitely better.
