Quick & dirty greasemonkey script for pixiv links

Here's a script to automatically convert direct pixiv links that result in 403 errors to link to that image's 'member_illust' page. I haven't really tested this much yet, so let me know if you have any issues with it, but it seems to be working fine. Here's the URL.
