To make it more consistent with other game franchise tags such as The Legend of Zelda and Mario (series), having games and adaptations implicating in the main franchise tag "Sonic the Hedgehog".

I thought the implication of tags with very few posts to a parent tag were typically rejected.

Of the proposed implications only Sonic Boom (game) (87 posts) and Sonic the Hedgehog (classic) (35 posts) have more than 25 posts. Besides Sonic Adventure 2 (22 posts), all the others have less than 20 posts (ranging from 4 to 16 posts). Several of those seem to be at best averaging single digit posts per year, and 3 of them have not had a new post for over a year.

I see, these implications are not necessary in this case.

Don't jump the gun, I'm just bringing this up for clarification first. Anyways, there certainly isn't an issue for Sonic Boom and Sonic (classic).
