imply horns_through_headwear -> horns

How does this tag interact with single horns? There is no horn through headwear tag.

You're right, there's no results for horns_through_headwear horn but there could be in the future. Also the other horn_* tags don't implicate any horn tag, so I guess this shouldn't go ahead.

This is why horn should imply horns. Keeping them separate doesn't work, it requires splitting every horn tag into two different versions. It's also not consistent with how we treat other singular tags like single wing or single thighhigh.

Yeah I agree too. Only "precedent" we have for them is the mess between fang and fangs.
