It uploaded the full size image, so there's no replacement necessary. Just edit the post and change the Source field to the Twitter URL.

Those two aren't samples, just mismatches. I've replaced them anyway, though.
I have accidentally uploaded a Discord upload instead of the source image. The actual source is jp.square-enix.com/music/sem/page/nier/orchestra12020/assets/img/bg/kv.jpg
