While browsing Danbooru I noticed a tag dubbed torso_grab that had only one post connected to it (post #318674), and I felt that this tag has potential and deserves a much better treatment. So I've added almost 200 entries to it, and I'm sure there are even more posts out there which require an addition of this tag.
But please mind that torso_grab may be placed only around the buttocks, like in post #318124, otherwise it'll be an ass_grab.

Anatomical issues in the first post aside, I have to say the images it's been tagged to are pretty consistent. The tag probably just needs a better *name*, as the actual concept as implemented (from the first five or so pages) looks like sound tagging.
Albeit with a heck of a lot of overlap with from_behind.
All I can think of to call it is pelvis_grab, and while that's anatomically correct it's not much better.
Well, it's not necessary to tell me that I did something wrong, because this kind of "grab" has been existing, and it should have had an indication, which I applied.
It was called torso_grab before me, but with just one post, and I basically took the idea and tried to spread it. I thought that the title is not fitting perfectly, but neither waist nor hip sounded right enough.
pelvis_grab, as suggested by Kayako, sounds much better for posts like post #356342, but torso_grab may indicate something much wider (this is why I ended up using it), and it wouldn't be right to call post #372246 (for example) an pelvis_grab.
Oh, and just to make it clear - this kind of grab may be used in other positions too, like girl_on_top, 69, etc.
Been thinking about this tag lately. Does it 'work' well in the end?
What about separating it into waist_grab and hip_grab? Or it's good as is?
