Recommended Broken on Posts Newer Than #3495110

Selecting Recommended on a post displays "Nobody here but us chickens." The feature still works for me on older posts (maybe 6+ months old) but not newer ones. This happens on multiple devices, browsers, networks, and even accounts on mobile and desktop. Is this feature working for anyone else?

I believe that recommended posts stopped updating 4 months ago, currently investigating why.

Changed topic title based on kittey's findings. Thanks kittey! Good to know it's not just me.

Any update on this? Recommended tab also not working on main page for me!
