I think the artwork is good, and fits well on this site, but I'm struggling to find an artist to tag.

I guess copyright could be something along the lines of "2020 olympics".
If you can't find the artist name, leave it blank until an official announcement is made or someonelse finds it.
I'd personally say it fits within the site's scope.
