Would it make sense a pool where the person is scared but they are intimidated by how turned on they are or how much pleasure they are feeling

It's something you see in a lot of different tags like penis awe, implied rape, fucked silly, ahegao, scared, etc. Often it's not clear in an image if the person is getting raped or going to get raped or rather they are just so overwhelmed with the sex that they have a look of fear on their face.
You can find a lot of these by searching for a tag and then adding scared but you only find a few at a time. I guess another way of putting this is does it make sense to have a pool for pictures where the person is scared and turned on at the same time?
