It has been reviewed by 13 approvers. 4 believe it has poor quality. 9 did not like the post enough to approve it.
I think its quality is not bad, the author seems to add a grid line effect to the picture, so it looks like poor quality？
I found that 60 people added this picture to the collection during the time after the upload. Can the 13 approvers reconsider it? thank you all.

I know it's more of a western take on anime type of style but I think it's worth approving at least one version of the pic because it's timely for two reasons:
- Sabaton's single "Bismarck" was released quite recently
- Bismarck is currently available in Azur Lane, for the first time, for their anniversary and it's also about to be the anniversary of the last battle of the Bismarck.
So I think approving at least one of them is worth it...
