I don't see the point in these being flagged for "off topic", given the rest of the posts currently under raven_(dc). These two are no less "valid" than the other posts under that tag, some of which are also from western artists or with a western artstyle meant to mimic the teen_titans show, yet they still remain.

I believe topic #7934 may be better for this, however from a cursory glance at raven_(dc) I see pretty obviously anime-styled artwork. Content isn't saved just because something else from the artist/copyright/character is accepted. If anything it would bring that other content into scrutiny rather than strengthen the case for what was deleted. If you feel the other content in the tag is as off-topic as what was deleted go ahead and give a flag where you deem appropriate.

The content is being saved and accepted in this case, since other posts with similar features cited in the flags from 7+ months ago are still present. There's also obviously artwork that isn't anime-styled when looking under the tag, so this gives the impression that this is selective attention rather than actual quality control.
And no, I'm not going to flag the other posts. Because I don't think the content has actual problems worth flagging for deletion, and I'm not going to follow a flagger's logic that I think is flawed in the first place.

This post has roughly the same quality as the other images from said artist, it's also the continuation of a previous one, and is translated as well.
Oddly enough, another image with the same character and general quality was approved but this one wasn't.

There's a previous post by the same artist that is of the same quality and style (post #2249891), plus it has nice score/fav ratio, and is noteworthy because it's the official artist for that character acknowledging a meme.
