category transparent_background -> meta
I think transparent bgs are meta unlike white_background, since it falls under simple_background's colours.

It's easy to see if a background is transparent or not, it doesn't fit with any of the points in forum #139154 either.
If you can’t see transparent backgrounds but want to, have a look at the CSS snippet in forum #134583.
