My browser glitched while uploading these two, can they be deleted so I can try again? They don't seem to be viewable to anybody.
They play just fine on my browser.

Uploaded the wrong version of the file.
Contacted Paracite about getting an original copy of the file to avoid recompression; will replace it when I get it and I'm not at work.

Also, the source isn't mentioned here , but the dimensions of the picture (the same for here and for yande), as the size of the jpg show clearly it's from yande..

The original source has the 4koma as two separate images.
I'm not replacing an image with a third-party stitched version, even if they're presented as one image in the original. Especially when yours is lossy-lossless.

I would like to apologize for forgetting that saving images originally of .jpg origin in .png only results in a file size increase while preserving the original lossy image. As I save in .png by default, I had completely forgotten to consider that.
While it may be permissive of me to ask this (and perhaps inappropriate to ask here), but if allowed, may I compile a .rar/zip file containing non-lossy-lossless versions of each IP Police 4koma that I had uploaded in lossy-lossless (maybe also including the post that prompted my original forum post here) and send them to a moderator (such as yourself) as to have them replaced (with the lossy-lossless tag replaced with the stitched tag akin to the first three chapters uploaded)?
I just wish to ensure consistency within my uploads to the best of my own abilities (hence some frustrations in regards to some of my own posts), and both uploading only the first panel of that entire 4koma and just uploading lossy-lossless images in general were genuine mistakes. If this isn't appropriate either (at least, for the original post in question), I will accept my error (and the decision you had made) and upload the second half of the 4koma, making it a child of the post.

No idea why someone decided to flag it instead of posting it here, considering they didn't even upload the full size.

I'm not comfortable with uploading third-party stitches in general, not just lossy-lossless ones. If another moderator wants to take you up on that offer, they can chime in here.

I've sent them a notice.

No need to request a replacement I did three hours ago, though...
I'm not sure if post #3117548 is a sample, given how the user added the source, but if it is it should be replaced.
post #3119899 is sourceless - I've found https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=28895555
and http://llharu.tumblr.com/post/40129507986 but the filetype is different and the artist's twitter is empty, so I assume it did not come from the artist.

Shows as 96% similarity in the upload page, but is the same size and resolution. What's up with that?

As far as I know it never reaches 100% for some reason.

It's because Danbooru sends the thumbnail and not the full image to it's IQDB server. The thumbnails will obviously have slightly different IQDB metrics as compared to the full-size image. You can see this if you check the post ID # instead of the source URL, the following has a 100% similarity rating.
https://danbooru.donmai.us/iqdb_queries/check?post_id=2663636
That's because the post ID function sends the post's Danbooru thumbnail to its IQDB for comparison, so it's pretty much comparing apples to apples.
