Full name.

As far as I know, we are supposed to tag characters by their full names.
Sure, most people think of N as N, bt even if they don't know his full name, the tag is aliased, so it would be impossible to mistag them.

Is it really official?

"Harmonia" is official; towards the end of B/W, Ghetsis/G-Cis asks him if he thinks he's "still worthy of sharing the name Harmonia with [him]". "Gropius" was confirmed to be dropped in an interview. Uncertain about "Natural".

Also, in the Pokémon SPECIAL manga, G-Cis states his full name to be G-Cis Harmonia Gropius. Considering Harmonia Gropius is used in an official material and mentioned in Masuda's blog, I believe we are meant to take Natural as canon too.
