Cirno as she appears in Hidden Star in Four Seasons has a tanned complexion. She also wears a sunflower as a brooch, hair ornament, or both but from what I've seen, sometimes she isn't depicted with anything but the suntan. Regardless, she gets tagged on Pixiv as 日焼けしたチルノ (Tanned Cirno) which is a very recent tag.

Do we actually need this tag?
The way you've written the wiki makes it sound like it would be covered by cirno hidden_star_in_four_seasons, and if it's meant to cover any tanned Cirno, then by cirno tan.
Apart from the handful of *_(pc-98) tags, do we even have any other tags for Touhou characters' appearances in specific games? Creating this tag seems to be setting an unnecessary precedent.
Also, it doesn't take a mass update to change a tag's type. Just get a Builder to do it for you.
Flooding the hidden star in four seasons tag with tanned Cirnos is also creating a new precedent, since we've never tagged game-specific appearances with their respective games before now. (For instance, lunatic gun isn't tagged with legacy of lunatic kingdom by default.) I think we should avoid this, since it makes it more difficult to find posts specifically referencing the game.
Supporting tanned cirno for the time being, although not the implication, since a number of posts under that tag aren't actually tan (post #2701762, post #2700238, post #2699575, etc.). Maybe the tag needs a better name?

If we actually need a separate tag, by standard practice it should be something like cirno_(hidden_star_in_four_seasons) or cirno_(touhou_tenkuushou), which admittedly are a little wordy, but more correct than, for example, cirno_(hsifs) or cirno_(touhou_16).
Edit: somewhat irrelevant, but I would be for reversing the precedent of not tagging game-specific appearances with their respective games, since it's personally made several searches harder for me in the past.
Bumping this since this was the originator of the tag.
The idea was that since Cirno's appearance is very specific, that it should get its own tag. There's already precedent for that I believe, with at the very least EX-Keine and Lily Black being two examples of tagged variants.

The official ingame character select screen lists these four characters:
博麗 霊夢
日焼けしたチルノ
射命丸 文
霧雨 魔理沙
which translates to:
Hakurei Reimu
Tanned Cirno
Shameimaru Aya
Kirisame Marisa
"Summer Cirno" may be an accurate description of the character in that game, but "tanned/日焼けした" is already official.
