Graphite_(medium)

Hello.
Since this seems to be a rather big case of mistagging I don't want to post this in the "Commonly misuded tags" topic and there might be needed a solution, actually.
Right now, this tag appears nearly everytime under the "Translated tags" section on the upload page. Therefore, user assume that this tag fits. But it doesn't since it implies traditional media and I can't really see this on post #2976143 for example which is the most current situation.

I don't know why, but at some time in 2017 this tag appeared constantly in the Translated tags section. Maybe the removal of this tag might help a lot or maybe there are other solutions other than people telling to read the wiki page of course.

for some reason, the fetch option also fetches not only the pixiv tags but also the tools used by the artist. "シャープペンシル" is included in "SAI シャープペンシル" where "シャープペンシル" is currently in graphite_(medium). not sure if this is a new feature though.

This was added in issue #3033. Certain digital tools like SAI and Photoshop are filtered out, but traditional media tools are assumed to be relevant and included in the translated tags list.

Perhaps instead of filtering out digital tools, we should check if any digital tools were listed, and if so, don't include any of the tools. That would handle cases tagged both SAI and シャープペンシル.

I've done a thorough analyzing of traditional media on this site from Pixiv and have broken them into the following three groups.

1. No digital tool listed:
favgroup:2573
2. Digital tool listed:
favgroup:2491
3. No tools listed:
favgroup:1465

Hopefully the above can help with making the determination on whether the suggestion by evazion should be adopted.
