I question the open_labcoat tag since most if not all of them are portrayed open.

Yes, but how do you want to search for labcoats that are closed then?
Make an exception and create a closed_labcoat tag?

Well, yeah, you generally want to tag the exceptions because they're exceptional. It's the reason why we have male_focus and not female_focus because the latter covers damn near the entire site.

Problem is, are there even closed labcoats to tag?
