How to add translation?

The problem came in this step here:

When you mouse over the note box, the note body will appear. You can click on the body and another box will appear where you can edit the text.

For me, when I have my mouse over the note box, it only says 'click to edit'. I click it.... and nothing happens.

can anyone helps explaining it? My browser is Chrome.

Did you click on the box with the red border that you created (upper box) or did you click on the box that says “Click to edit” (lower box)?
