Forgive me if I am overlooking the obvious but, where in the world is the button to submit payment and upgrade my account? I would like to get gold, but I don't see any button or link to click on. The picture below is what is showing up for me when I am on the upgrade page.

That looks like the page on danbooru. As it says below the perk listing, you need to be on safebooru to upgrade. https://safebooru.donmai.us/user_upgrade/new
