Hello, first upload here, so I have a few doubts.
I found it on Google images; saucenao, iqdb and tineye show no results and Google shows only the link in the source.
I don't know that website and can't read japanese, but i suppose that's the artist's page. I looked for the username (猫猫子(I believe it's neko neko ko romanized) in banned artist list, but didn't find it, nor found an existing tag. Since I'm not 100% sure it's the artist, I put artist request until this is solved.About the character, i'm sure it's Konngara, even if she has legs. Searching the file name as it is if you download it from the source (矜羯罗·改) on Google shows Konngara pics.
Some tags I used but not sure about it:
Kimono, kimono skirt, etc: it's japanese clothing, but not sure if it should be tagged as dress or something else.
Flaming sword: fire seems to come out from the sword, but the sword itself isn't on fire, is this tag still ok?Also some tags I didn't use but think could be used:
About skin color, none of these fits this, right? https://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/9825
From below: I thought about this since you can see her shoe sole and a pantyshot, but searching that same tag shows most images with a lower point of view. What do you think?
Edit: someone added the artist already
First, welcome here, too :3.
A kimono is a fairly standalone tag and it shouldn't be used together with dress. I also don'T think that it fits the definition of a dress.
As for the hakama, I would probably add red_skirt to this as well, because skirts and their colors are pretty prominently used here.
Skin color shouldn't be tagged normally, since most characters are fair skinned, instead of dark skinned:. With that assumption, one only tags skin color when it has an "odd" tone, like blue, purple, green etc.
And flaming sword probably fits, but it has no wiki page. But I'd still expect to see a sword from which flames are coming out from.
From below doesn't fit, but pantyshot_(standing) + upskirt.
The rest is well tagged, too.
As a little advice in the forums: You can use [ [ ] ] around a word to make it blue. It will link to its wiki page: from below
If you use { { } } around a word, it will lead the the search: from_below. If you use this, you have to use the underscore as well.
See help:dtext for more info^^.
